Hacking GW Emunand vs emunand9

Hi! It might seem that some homebrew applications through reinand wont run as they should when being on a gateway generated emunand, is his a common issue, and should i do the whole procedure of changing out the emunand for better support? and then, will GW have issues with other emunands?

The emunand gateway and all cfws use are identical only the patches they apply are different. What programs are you having trouble running

the theme manager CHMM 2.6. It begins, i push the power button for it to start, i get a question about if my nands are separate (which they are), but no possible way to choose either no or yes, tried all buttons.
