Hacking GW EmuNAND doesn't boot after update

I have two problems here. One is with MT's emunand and GW's emunand.

First off, I have a problem with MT Card's emunand. I updated to 9.5 emunand and I downloaded Flipnote Studio 3D and it always gives me an error has occured, and then I have to turn off the system. This doesn't happen with any of the other free applications. But i downloaded pokemon bank and its japanese when i download it and i opened up my smash 3ds cartridge and it said my save was corrupt, but when i put it in my other 3DS, it loaded fine with no corrupt data, any fix for this?

The problems with MT Card's emunand made me come to gateway's emunand. BUT, this just gave me another problem.

I formatted the emunand on gateway's launcher and then I updated emunand to 9.5, it said the update was complete, and i had to restart the system. It restarted and i was back in sysnand. I went back to gateways launcher and I booted classic mode and it just left me hanging with a black screen... I also tried this with 2 SD card's and it doesn't work...

So.. Can anyone help me out here?
