Hacking Guitar hero preperations

Hi I'm planning on buying guitar hero, and I would like to know if I'm able to play it via usb loader or not.

I just bought a guitar, that I can use on both my wii and ps2 (also ps3).
but it doesn't work with usbloader. I have used wiiflow and usb loader gx. I used default IOS and 222. but none of them work.

can somebody put me in the right direction?

IIRC the Rock Band guitar doesn't work with Guitar Hero; correct me if I'm wrong. The RB one is the one that hooks up via USB (I know because that's the only one that CAN work with both Wii and PS3) The GH guitar hooks up straight to the Wii Remote. Your best chance at getting it to work would be to install cIOS249 rev19 with IOS37 as base.

I'm going to test rock band acdc with it.

Run the cIOS rev19 installer. On the first prompt, select IOS249, on the second IOS prompt, select IOS37 v-something.

The right direction is actually "read the stickies". There's a huge ass guide that answers all these things and far, far more.

But the short answer is: it's safe enough. At worst, it won't work on the game. But it won't brick your wii.

it's working. I installed cIOS rev19. and now I can start the game via wiiflow or any other usb loader.
