anyone know what was changed yetor is that still unknown? only thing i can tell so far is that the Wiimote could be plugged into the Wii at anytime now rather than having to plug it in after you load the game but i dont know if that was changed in a previous version cause i didn't bother testing.

3.5 and STILL no sync fix. Read that post and in a nutshell, does not seem like he will fix the sync issue. He goes on to say how different monitors have different delays and this is one of the causes of the delay but what gets me is how he then says that players insist on playing the game by ear and that Guitar Fun is a visual game where you have to hit the cords at the right time as they come down. Really?
I know it's a game but this really takes away alot IMHO if he thinks that playing the game visually is more appealing than a game that tries to emulate playing a real guitar as close as possible.
It's a great game and I give him plenty of credit for how much it's developed but when he states it's a visual game and it gets on his nerves people want to play the music by ear and complain about sync issues it becomes clear he doesn't fully understand the game. Well, guess we'll just have to live with the sync issue.

I don't think it is a sync issue in the app, I made some songs with the frets on fire PC version, but the the editor quantisize all the notes, so there is no real sync since the creation of the songs, I had to ran cubase for having it with 100% sync, and since I had to do too much to have it right I don't think I'm going to try for now to create another song, but the app works great, maybe in January I'll start a pack of good songs and release them with 100% sync, only for medium users (like me) 4 notes and chords, and I haven't really tested it since before I got my Les Paul controller but, shouldn't this work with it, is the GHWT controller the one that wasn't working....!!!

Thanks for the post. Can you tell us in nutshell what you did in cubase? I wish that there was some way to add lag to the songs in a free program like Audacity or something else. I've thought that maybe by creating a 1/2 second silent track to place ahead of the main track might work but that also sounds like a lot of work.

as simple as:

1.First use TraktorDJ to check the song's BPM (beat per minute)
2.Then open cubase or what ever audio editing program with midi capable you have
3.Place the song in one track and create a midi track in other track
4.Create the notes on the midi track as accurate as the note on the original song, you have to disable quantize
5.Convert the song to .ogg
6.Put togheter the midi and the audio in FoF
7. Enjoy the song on GuitarFun

I wish someone could do a database like Homebrew Browser, but with songs for the GuitarFun....!!!

I got 3.5 and it's working great and all... but I tried playing 2 players... we both have GH3 guitars, I've set the controls player one has Guitar 1, player 2 guitar 2.... but playing multiplayer, only player 1 works and nothing works for player 2...

Anyone knows why? Something special to do??

Thanks!
