You can play this game with the WiiMote, or a Keyboard or with WiiMote and Nunchuk together!
But I think in the future you can use the guitar, too!

    No it isn't a elf. It's just a dol-file!

But you can change the dol-to-elf with DOLTOOL3. Look and you will find it! [IMG]

Screenshots don't work. They all just show the banana logo.

Superb m8, think I'kll give this a go when I get time.

So this should be a lot eisier to customise and I'd imagine you could make your own custom fret boards etc?

    Anyway, great stuff

this works awsome, i think some code needs to be optimized for the nunchuk tho, cos i had to play a game 1st to get it working which was strange, hopefully better graphics soon, + other bugs that may be in there, loading times maybe,
still very nice to have this is one homebrew im actualy gona play on a regular basic, and a battery eater

The game includes 2 songs. You can get more from the forum or BitTorrent.

Guitar Hero songs should work, as well.

EDIT: Also, keep in mind that most of the Frets on Fire songs are single tracks, so missing notes will cause the audio to stop playing. Look for songs with seperate guitar tracks.

Awesome, unfortunately i have to use a keyboard since i dont got a GH3 guitar for the wii (got one for the 360). they should make it compatable with the the 360 guitar [IMG]
but yeah more customization would be better (like different venues, even if its just a still image)

as for songs i've been using the songs from this site. they work great!

EDIT: apparently that last link doesnt list the Guitar hero Aerosmith songs.so heres a link to those

I was going to try to add guitar compatibility, but it seems there's no source available...

    Where did this come from?

is there any way to make song notes match the actual song, keep missing because notes are slightly behind the song, its hard enough as it is with the mote+chuck
