It's included in the newer revisions. The box will have a picture of the Powertag on it if it's included. Yes, it's rewritable.

Question: Is there any way to use spare NTAG 215 other than the Power Tag to use this? I want to use this. My RFID Power Saves will recognize it as an Amiibo and won't let me write to it. Thanks in advance!
