Hacking Guide To Make YSMenu Work On The R4

Can't someone just upload their r4patch.dat or whatever that file is called? for the life of me I can't get it to work, it'll load the rom then the loading bar willl stop like an inch from being finished and the game will never load.

r4crypt doesnt work on my computer...... it gives me a system error message... any way to fix it?

I tried this.
When I try to load a game, it says..
r4patch.bat
Can't load.
I reinstalled it 5 times.
I don't have _system_ or moonshell on my R4 anymore.
Any help?

when trying to run the ttextract, it says "cannot open TIMENU.DAT"

thx for the instructions on 1st post... sorta not totally clear... and the language kinda jumps around.. but once you get the gist of it you figure it out.

Earlier today I downloaded the YSMenu file from the website provided.

The file I download is YSMenu0903211700.

My problem is, this file does not generate the needed 'r4patch.dat'

Am I using the latest version of YSMenu? Could anyone help me, as I really wish to switch over to this firmware as the M3 Simply has now not been updated for over a year.
