This is to display your PS Vita on a large monitor or TV very quickly.

1. Download/install the UDCD plugin on your Vita.
2. Download a computer app called mpv.
3. Paste this into a new Notepad:
start mpv av://dshow:video="PSVita" --demuxer-lavf-o=video_size=896x504 av://v412:/dev/video0 --untimed --profile=low-latency --opengl-glfinish=yes --opengl-swapinterval=0 --dither-depth=8 --scale=oversample --cscale=oversample --no-terminal --fs
exit
4. Save it as "Open Vita.bat" in the same folder as mpv.exe.
5. Paste this into a new Notepad:
visibility=never
6. Save it as "osc.conf" in C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Roaming\mpv\script-opts\
7. Create a shortcut to Open Vita.bat wherever you want (pin to taskbar).

Now, when you click that shortcut, the PS Vita will display in full screen with no borders on your monitor, so long as it's connected via USB.

This is very hand as the UDCD plugin sometimes isn't ready when you want it to be. Ie. You need to reconnect your Vita or reboot. This makes it very easy since you only need to click it once, rather than go through menus of OBS or VLC to connect webcam, enter fullscreen, etc.

Also makes it easy to play on you Vita and then keep going on you TV or monitor.

If anyone wanted to take this further, they could use Task Scheduler on Windows to launch this application at the moment the PS Vita is detected as being plugged in.

That means:

Plug in your Vita via USB cable -> Vita displays in fullscreen.
