Well... it will be nice to have a release number somewhere on screen.

Just one question... Im not sure if "wadmanager gui 1.5" is based on Waninkoko Wadmanager 1.5. In case to be based on it, why it dont have Nand Emulation?

Thanks

Looks pretty pointless except the progress bar and SMB. What happens if you lose connection in the middle of installing a wad through SMB?

It also allows you to browse for your wads, rather than requiring them to be in your SD card's WAD folder. It fits much better with the overall Wii aesthetic too.... certainly much moreso than the standard non-GUI edition, that's for sure.

Pointless? OMG I don't think you realize that now we can actually have our WAD collection AWAY from our SD / USB drive and in our computer, and easily install them from there!

About the losing of the connection in the middle of installing, I'm 99% sure the file gets read to the Wii first and then gets installed, pretty much as any firmware update or other sensitive stuff.

I noticed that R8 is up in the sources... anywhere to download the .dol? Is there a thread or something official that posts every release?

I believe you are correct.
