ROM Hack Guardian Signs Problem

i recenty downloaded pokemon ranger guardian signs but when i try to load it (using wood 1.14) its calld DS Program File.....any help ere? tried patched ad nt patchd

No icon + "DS Program File" means the header contains no Image/Description.
If this happens on homebrew, it often means the author didn't include it.
If this happens on a copy of a retail games, it means your copy is corrupt.
