Erm...I don't want to sound like a party crasher, but that guy doesn't sound very credible (first a mistake about the version, then on the platform). Unless he gave you a clear source, but I doubt it...

And yet they have, multiple times.

The only difference is there's a screenshot of Amazon saying Rockstar will announce it soon, and it will be released in march or april I think.
