Yes those are shots of Driver 3 for the GBA as I said in my post.
The reason I put those there is to show that something vastly many times less powerful and not intended at all to do 3D was able to pull off stuff like: 3D buildings (many), multiple polygonal cars and people, super basic shadows, and while the shots don't show it the FPS is adequate and the audio is impressive enough too.
Given what I saw from that game trying to be a wannabe GTA3 on the GBA the DS should easily handle a much larger and more fleshed out environment in 3D too.
