And not sure if u can run the game on high, not even on minimum.
The system requirmants say that you need atleast a GeForce 7900 GS and ur GT520 is 13% weaker than it.
What CPU do u have. Maybe a overclocked E2180?
Anyways if ur PC has E2180 then its 4% too weak for the game + the overclock which means around +10% for minimum.
Lower resolution, settings and turn off some processes with GameBooster if u want.

Whoa! wait

  • Dual Core 2.00GHz (Oc to 2.7)
    Nvidia GT520
    3GB RAM
    Win7 32 and 64 bits
These specs can't run the game on 1920 x 1080.
That's overkill! Lower ur resolution and try again.
If you read everything i tried everything LOW as possible including the resolution it just keeps on the 2 fps. the 2nd video i dont remember everything but it was recorded with my old screen that was 1440x900 and everything about medium
Edit: yes a E2180 @ 2.7 oc

Do you have 2 HDDs on the PC? Try to install it on the other one.

Check if you're not running it in Power Saver mode and if you have an NVidia card or an Intel iX family processor, check if you're not running it on the integrated CPU. You can check the first in the Control Panel under the Power section, the latter in the NVidia Control Panel *or* just right-click on the shortcut and select the desired GPU you want to run it on. Such a huge FPS decrease must be related to hardware, so maybe your drivers got goofy and run it on the wrong GPU.

Intergrated graphics wouldnt make him run THAT slow, if it did GTA probably wouldnt even launch to begin with.

Did you try a fresh install of the game or a new save? It could just be bugging out.

My cpu doesnt have a iGPU the only gpu i have its the gt520, nothing else.
And i'm trying to reinstall it on my other hard drive as suggested by gamerz

Did you change anything in the settings prior to the frame drop or was it absolutely random?

Random.
But its fixed, i just tried reinstalling on my other HDD (Using steam backup) and its working as it was before O.O
Dont know if it was because I installed on my other HDD. I have 2 Hdd: 160gb (Programs and windows) and a 1Tb(games, videos etc) and i just installe it on my 160gb (had it on th 1tb) and its working like it was before this 2fps thing.
Thanks for the help to everyone :)

Maybe you should diagnose your 1TB to see if there's any damage/bad sectors/stuff like that going on.
