I have several:

1) Bathroom scarecrow on the toilet. Great for getting people when half asleep!
2) Fake puke near the front lawn. (It was a mixture of stuff from the fridge, kind of gross really, but it worked.)
3) Scary mask on the wall....

i made my son think our computer was haunted but i was controlling it with screen sharing. in the end i opened a sticky and typed BOO!

Well, I have never got the chance to pull pranks irl but I did pull a not very bad prank on my online friends a few times XD
Like for example, I had two friends which are actually siblings irl and I talked to each one of them via PM without the other knowing and agreed that together we would pull a prank on the other's siblings (in other words, I said to the first that we should prank the second and told the second we should prank the first) and then I made embarrassing post backgrounds of characters they both hate and let them log into each other's accounts posting with that background and saying embarrassing stuff XD So, in other words, I let them both prank themselves while I was watching as a mere catalyst to the prank XD Lame? Probably, but it was certainly fun XD

Eh, I pulled a prank once. Back in middle school, there was this bully that made my life a nightmare (Not exaggerating). After being fed up with getting harassed, and the teachers doing nothing to help, I plotted revenge. So, when I went to computer class, I googled a bunch of dirty websites on their assigned class computer. The teacher thought the kid had spent the entire class watching porn, and suspended him for 2 weeks. Best two school weeks of my life.

-Early wake up call with an automatic Nerf Gun.
-Wrapping a Birthday present with about 50 layers of glad wrap, tin foil, tape, cardboard, basically anything I could find in the house.
-Dressing up as Ghost Face and charging random family members with a knife.

Some kids from the nearby orphanage always used to play tricks on me. They'd take my nose and wouldn't give it back, or steal quarters from behind my ears. I just couldn't take it anymore, so I thought I'd get them back with a trick of my own.

I got some Kool Aid, some food dye, some matches, and a few containers of gasoline. I set fire to the orphanage, and watched as it burned down to the ground. I could hear the wails of the children inside, desperate trying to escape the inferno; they sounded like a bunch of goofballs. When it was done, I drank my yellow Kool Aid and slipped into the night.

I got them good, alright. I got them good.

I laughed harder than I should have.

Well everyday I saw this homeless kid sitting on the bench outside my work.
My workmate and I were having this little prank war where we put stickers on each other's bottles and all that, so I decided to step it up a notch.
I invited the homeless guy into the checkout area while we were working and stabbed him infront of him.
So hilarious.

I am a bad person for laughing at this and I like that :tpi:

I never really did that many pranks, but I used to make scarecrows that looked like (they were in my old clothes as well) and do things like toss them into trees or cover them in fake blood and leave them pinned to trees to freak out my neighbors.
