I have a small problem with usb loader gx. you know the graphics that appear whenever you select a game? for some reason, emunand games seem to show just black. is it because I'm not using full emulation or something? @Cyan ? btw, this is with the virtual wii.

edit: alright, it seems to be mega man 9 and 10 doing this only.

I know there is a bug, but I never found the problem. some users had lot of black banners even though they were good and present.
I didn't have report about that bug for few months, so I suppose it's fixed, it was probably a memory leak issue, that's the hardest to fix. it was a problem for lot of games, not only for emuNAND so I don't think it's your problem but I think I had to mention it, just in case.

if you have only these games with black banners, you can try to force a redump.
go to individual game settings, delete menu, delete banner animation. reboot the loader and it'll re-extract it from the emuNAND.
if it's still black, maybe the banner is not good (usually, when having black banners the game doesn't work either).

sorry, I don't have other solution, only two possibilities :
- corrupted banner, redump it (delete the .bnr file)
- bad wad file, try another wad.

something odd just happened. I put a new mega man 10 wad on my sd card (didn't install it yet), and suddenly the banners for mega man 9 and 10 work.

hmm, then it's probably a memory leak issue if it's random :(
sorry, I don't know how to fix them. as long as the game work, that's the most important. just don't freak out when the banner is black.

I'm going to make a copy of the hdd and the sd card in case something got fixed. the only thing I can think of is that I deleted the banner, then redownloaded it. restarting usb loader gx didn't fix it. it seems to have fixed itself by turn the system off, then back on.
