At around £100 I'd recommend a Nvidia GTX 750Ti, it'd be much easier to help if you stated which games you were looking to play and at what quality and FPS, I'd honestly recommend saving more around the £200 mark is you are interested in medium to high end gaming, but for low end a GTX750Ti would be more than adequate. Also make sure that your motherboard and PSU are compatible with an upgraded GPU.
