i have a PNY gtx 1060 6gb that I am looking to upgrade. My budget for a card is $300-$600. I want your opinion on what is the best budget card card and why it is, and for you to convince me why to purchase it. Links to new and preowned cards (in the USA) will be appreciated greatly! Please, do not argue over what card is best. Everyone has a different view of a better card.

Sit tight with the 1060 until later in the year. The 2080 is rumored to launch at about $500.

Important thing, the
resolution. If you want 1080p full hd 1060 or rx 480 are enough, since you got higher budget i'd recommend the nvidia 1070.
If you want 1440p or 4k some games then get nvidia 1080.
