Allright, I bakdd my gpu 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, cooled it for 10 minutes with the oven door half open and then 10 minutes with it all the way open, then I applied new Thermal paste, tested it aaaaaand


It worked! Its unbelievable! No more glitches! (I hope it stays that way)

If it can work for PlayStation 3 YLoD and Xbox 360 RRoD, it can work for your graphics card. It's the exact same principle.

However remember this is only a temporary measure, and you really should start saving up for a new graphics card at some point down the line.
