I didn't care for GPD Win when I got one in my hands, but this looks like a much more quality device. Still, my big gripe with the Win2 is the way the bumpers/triggers are designed. Three tiny buttons are bound to have some missed presses. Still again, the GPU and CPU in this are a bit above Switch, with the Win2 able to run certain 3D games like Dead Space 3 above 60 FPS (in portable mode):
It'll also run most Dolphin games at 60 FPS, but of course the load is on CPU.
But then again it's $650 USD if you buy before the indiegogo campaign is over ($899 after):

So it's not really in competition with Switch as far as pricing goes.
