Got my second ever migraine send help

My first ever one was during a heatwave a couple of years ago where I got dehydrated in the sun, so wasn't too shocking as a one-off. Not sure what this one's excuse is tho.

try to calm your sensory input: smells and odors, too much light, too cold and too hot, hydrate well, if if suit you some music but dont emphazise heavy hitters.
If you felling hungry eat some soul food stuff you really like maybe an order in or something you have been craving for a while?

I'm on a course of hormone pills and there's a week break, in which I'm constantly being overcome by a terrible migraine. Sometimes the headache is so bad that I can't even sleep. However, once I start taking the pills again, it goes away. My body is used to it and it pisses me off.

Thanks guys. Codeine & caffeine & sleep seem to be the only things that help much. Hope this one doesn't last days like the last one.
