Hardware Good or bad move?

I'm trying to sell my DS Lite with a CycloDS along with a 4GB micro SD.

And I "want" to buy a DSi with an Acekard2i.... I have plenty of 4GB micro SD's

Ive read the comparisons of CycloDS and Acekard and there both good...

This is where I need the help..
Can anyone tell me if getting a DSi with an Acekard 2i is as much compatible as a DS Lite with CycloDS? In other words.... is getting a DSi with an Acekard 2i better than a DS Lite with a CycloDS?

2) I hope you're not selling the memory card with roms on it...
3) I've heard the Acekard is awesome, and the DSi is pure awesome. If I had the money I'd get that.
