Ok, so apparently it's not all that good

All I really need it to do is run call of duty 2 and the most strain I'll probably ever put on it would be oblivion. So is it enough now? (the reason I don't want the laptops you guys gave is that I don't like dell or nvidia very much)

Try a T61p, it's on sale for about $1,600 and comes with a 8600gt equivalent graphics card, built-in wireless USB, and a 1920x1200 15.4" screen.

Are you THAT much of a dumbsumer? Nvidia is the kind of graphics now, and will be for the forseable future. Would you really spend more on a laptop that is much worse? You do know that the 8600GT is a DX10 card, right?

If you want a big screen with a really high res, and better DX9 do this one

The reason I don't like nvidia is because I'm the baddest Ninty fanboy EVAR and the Wii's gpu is ATI. lol, kidding. The real reason is because it's advice from my dad, and any tech-related advice I ever get from him always turns out to be very true. Another reason is that my friend had some bad experiences with an nvidia card, and the ati's he's got now are great. The reason I hate Dell is because the POS I've got now is a dell, and it's kinda burned a "DO NOT WANT" when dell goes through my head.

The 8600GT 512MB is a good card. Much better than almost anything else you can get in a laptop, especially for under $1500

And by the way, ZE, that PC SUCKS FOR $1000!!!! Try cyberpowerpc or ibuypower or something.....get a PC 3x as good for less cash

But dell can save you a lot of money :\ take a look at this desktop I put configured for just over 1,000$ http://i19.tinypic.com/68h752d.jpg

Except that sucks

Yea, we got a little off track there, but just because somebody tried to prove how awesome dell is, which required a rather long pwning

anyway, go for an ibuypower or cyberpowerpc unless you can find a really good deal (ie, sale) at a bigger retailer like Asus

I wasn't proving shit, I just said Dell can save some money and showed an inspiron 531. Never said they were ''7331!:?! OGMSZ DELZ THE BSTE EVERS OMGZ'!?!ONE`11ELEVEN''... My fucking god.

Still offtopic, but the hard drive sucks.

"You can upgrade"

You can also upgrade the graphics card in the PC I linked for less than getting 640GB more in HD space, and STILL end up with 1GB more RAM, necessary for vista. Does the cyberpower even come with an OS?

And does the cyberpower have wireless? no

Can you get a good payment plan for it? Not that I've found.

Back on topic: Intergrated graphics are teh suck, and don't play games well, OP.
