Actually it's 3.60 that slims were originally shipped with.

I couldn't own another fat psp - they are way too heavy in comparison with the slim. It's like a night and day difference.

Ah yes, completely forgot about 3.60, and M33 even released their own version right before 3.71 M33...

And I agree, the Slim is very light. The first time I picked one up it kinda felt like one of those cheap, plastic imitations you pick up at a Swap Market, lul (Although, I personally don't mind the weight issue

Yeah, v2 of the 1.5 kernel add-on is on that page, intended for PSPhat's only... (Although, if you're talking about the seperate actual firmware download on that page, 3.71 M33-2, that can be installed on both, unlike the kernel)

Quoted from the readme: "This update is totaly independent of the 3.71 M33 version installed (1, 2, or future ones),
and also independent of previous 1.50 kernel addon installed or not.
"

And judging from the notes from v1 of the 1.50 kernel add-on... : "Also, please note that this homebrew hack is only for PSP Fat. As DAX puts it in the readme: "The program will reject PSP Slim, due to the 1.50 kernel not working on it.""

its only a matter of time before the idstorage of the slim gets decrypted and we can patch key 5 again and run 1.50 on the slim.

but your right, atm its not possible. i play my backup games on the slim and the homebrew on the fat psp

What Homebrew do you play on the Phat that won't work on the Slim?

I Picked up a 4G red coloured Sandisk last night for £37.99 from GAME. Should have been £49.99 I think before I used my reward points. Can't believe how much cheaper they have become.
Went to 2 other shops as well as GAME trying to pick up Jean D'Arc and none of them had even heard of it. GAME at least should of known what it was lol.
I got to try out a PSP Slim to, it was a Piano black one and it felt kind of cheap and tacky! Not sure if it's because it's so light or because of the finish.. just didn't feel as nice or as well made as the Phat though I'm sure it is.
Can't wait for mine to come now!

i got a slim. i got a lavender purple one cause the blue ones were all sold out. my only gripe with my slim is that it has a dirty face place. i mean that the face place has a peice of dirt that cant be removed on the face. and i cant return it cause its not a dead pixel, and i bought it over 2 weeks ago from ishimarus and they dont handle things that are over two week old from their store. but oh well. i`ve installed 3.71 m33 - 2. im hoping that they fix that 1.50 kernal not working on the slim problem fixed soon. because last i heard all they did to the hard wear was change something so that anything that requires 1.5 firmware will deactivate the screen, but dark alex did something in his latest cemetery battery V3 to allow the use of 1.5 kernal to be viewed on the screen usoing thier ouwn driver thingy.

PSP Slim will take a rather large bite out of my wallet...damn, yet again. Oh, well, I dropped my PSP yesterday and the faceplate is coming off. How terrible. It dropped out of my pocket. If I drop this slim, and anything happens to it, I might just drop myself. From a window. A twenty story window. From a twenty story window with nothing but spikes to break my fall. But hey, that's just me.
