Gaming Goldeneye cheating hackers

So i was playing goldeneye today, and i had a look at the leaderboard and noticed the top 3 players have got massive experiance and have only played like max 30mins

just pointing it out, i hope it this game doesnt become a big hack fest

Mario Kart Wii became a bit of hack fest, so in time this too will.

It's pretty disappointing, but if you manage to beat the hacker, the satisfaction is so much more.

Meh, hope the cheat codes will be obsolete at one point. Not so sure how to explain but I hope that it doesn't become the main focus like in Conduit...

If you're playing online, you're playing to be competitive. What's the point? Cheat in game, not online.

Never had real problems on Wii online with cheaters, more with lag and those damned FC's.

Most people I know play online not to have fun by playing but to have fun by DESTROYING the fun of others.
It's like trolling people outside of boards and forums.
The main reason to cheat online is to troll others. Not to "win" against them in the regular sense. You "win" if they lose their fun and motivation.
ITT: people never heard of sadists in videogames.

Simple solution is just to ignore the cheaters.

Someone comes first and is obviously cheating? Oh well, never mind. Pretend they don't exist and mentally move everyone else up the leaderboard by one.

i don't get to buy goldeneye for 2 hours and already it's mk/conduit fucked. how honourable of the conduit ruiner to say he won't leak the codes.
