Not necessarily true, matter of fact it is just as easy to make cheats that make it harder vs easier. When you are making cheats, it requires to know a large part of how the game processes values and addresses something a typical person won't know. Also, when making cheats, you often have to do a lot of testing and playing the game without cheating first.

It's extremely easy to make these codes too. I won't be releasing any I made for online, I haven't even made any yet but I'm going to =)

What about trolls? They will fuck your shit up for 10 seconds of laughter.

actually it's multiple minutes of laughter ( in my case ) and in games where there is some sort of chat or voice chat, their shown rage makes it very amusing. VERY amusing. To fuel that rage, I usually try to get the same poor bastard multiple times in a row. Because it's fun.
You see, some people don't really LIKE fps games. Or other games. They ONLY play to play online and to troll-play and coerce others into rage.
That has nothing to do with "can't play" or whatever. Thats just the wannabe hardcore making themself feel superior for no reason beside ego.
No. Trolls love to fuck you up because it's what they do. It's what we do, the WWGTA ( world wide gaming troll asociation ).

Well that isn't true at all. I hack in two games but nothing that usually give me much of advantage.

First Type: Hacks figure it is cool but isn't that bad or sucks at it
Second Type: Hacks cause she or he sucks and won't suck as bad
Third Type: Hacks because he or she will probably win anyway and it makes it more enjoyable
Forth Type: Hacks because he or she is playing for fun
Fifth Type: Hacks because he doesn't want to grind to level whatever. WoW, Maplestory and several other ORGPS
Sixth Type: Hacks to level an account to later sell online

There are several more types but at any rate people who hack can play the game but they choose not to play it but normal methods for various reasons.

Anyone who uses hacks to cheat in MP is just a cheapskate/loser because they feel to do it for any reason. MP is a way to be competitive (even in COOP in some way usually). I can't even imagine any other reasons for doing so other than: being a loser and/or can't stand ones inability to compete and thus shouldn't play MP in the first place.

Hacks for adding extra tracks etc. eg. ofcourse aren't a way to cheat but a way to add content.
Cheaters in MP are always losers, period!

@Rasas and the other fairy: You peeps are so pathetic that your actions will only make people laugh. Even if you beat "normal" people, it's not like you had any skills in the first place. 2nd it's only more fun to beat you for us, even with hacks you play like shit anyway and you feel it when we do!

aka BEST type.

You would have loved Diablo 1 on the PC back in the day, or if you did get a chance to play it... LOL

Cheats like you can only imagine... That game had zero security.

That game wasn't playable online, if you didn't backup your save your own character got poisoned by that crap. 255 to all stats, walking an entire screen in 1/2 a sec. Might as well have god-mode with "the golden gun", no skill whatsoever and ruined the entire game. "OMGzorz, Diablo is so boring, blah blah blah" ... no shit, Einstein. Maybe try to actually play it next time. >_<
Silly kiddies never got the chance to actually get into the game due their lame-factor Â!

Blade, this has got to be the most stupidest thing I have ever heard come from you. Freaking troll whore.

The codes we make with Geckodotnet or Wiird for Ocarina:

We make it possible to do so much more with a game, brawl+ for an example. We can fix bugs like the Metroid M door. We can explore a game and figure out its mechanics. There has been so much creativity with some codes that it turns into a hobby.
Its survival of the fittest and the hackers are stronger.

Don't blame Ocarina. Ocarina is a tool. Blame the people who find cheating online to be glorious fun.

even more rage tears of someone that has to "win" and "pwn" other people in online games to feel good. The trolls on the other side don't care if they actually lose the game if they can screw it up for you and everyone else. Which is their whole purpose for playing at all. Not winning by winning the game. But why do I explain this to a "OMG U HAX SO U SUCKZ" person.

actually, those two people lead to me putting the game on my usb hdd JUST to join the multiplayer brawl and mess around with some people for fun. To see if there are anymore whining "CHEATERZ ARE SO BAD RAGE RAGE RAGE I HATE U ALL"... 'persons'.

Just ruins the fun.

If you're playing online, you're playing to be competitive. What's the point? Cheat in game, not online.
True.. playing in-game is not as bad as cheating online. You test your skills and battle different people for experience.. CHEATING OL IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

whoomph said:
Yeah fine except you can't leave an online game without powering off the wii.
And? Spend the 4seconds restarting the wii or just continue playing. It isn't the end of the world, it isn't a big deal, it doesn't really matter.

Or you could keep raging and feeding their desire for attention, thus causing them to do it more and more.

Lose/Lose/Lose/lose^69

it's nintendos faullt mainly for having such poor security measures...

Think about the whole picture, though. It's a double-edge sword. If they had the infrastructure to police online activity, those of us who use game back-ups would likely be detected and banned.

I'm 100 percent AGAINST cheating online; just saying...

And I'll tell you what: I use a flash card on my DS, and my back-up Wii is softmodded, but it was a sad day for me when PS3 finally got hacked. I don't want to lose that system to cheaters. If you can hack it, cheaters will eventually follow. Right now, I can enjoy online experiences on PS3, and I'm more than happy to pay for it by purchasing premium titles. I'd pay for it on Wii too, but yeah, the value just isn't really there in a lot of ways.

Like I said, it's a double-edge sword, and all of us are at least partially responsible for the state of online play on Wii, whether we want to own up to that or not. It's the same as putting porn on the Internet and expecting that young kids won't take a peek at it. That's not reality.
