On the GOG versions of the Baldur's Gate games if you have the Mouse Trails enabled on windows, running the game at full screen have a bug in which the mouse cursor disappear.
By running on windowed the cursor is back again.
I you are like me and love the Mouse trails, is a pain on the arse to constantly going to control panel to disable them.
So I create a set of scripts.
The set of scripts can be downloaded from https://gbatemp.net/download/gog-baldurs-gate-full-screen-no-mouse-cursor-fix.38812/
The files included are:
MouseTrails.ps1
This small PowerShell script is able to change the Mouse Trails settings, you can pass a argument, the argument is a numeric value between 0 and 7, where 0 is disabled and 7 the max trails settings.
Also a file MouseTrails.cmd which is a small batch file which first disable the mouse trails and then run the baldurs.exe waits and when finish re enable the mouse trails.
You can change the GOG game link to run the Batch file, just copy the files inside the zip in to the Baldur's Gate (I, II or III) and edit the .lnk file to replace BALDUR.EXE to BALDUR.CMD
