So yeah, there's a FingerZilla app on the App Store and the Godzilla company's suing the creator of the App over it. The main complaint for the copyright infringement includes...

and might make the public "mistakenly believe that your business and game are associated with, authorized by, created by, endorsed by or sponsored by Toho."

Which, unlike many complaints I see, is actually a valid concern. With 100,000+ sales it looks like it's a popular app, but companies have to be wary about shitty apps giving them a shitty name. One example that springs to mind is BMX XXX, which was originally a Dave Mirra title, but he ended up suing the company to make sure they wouldn't release it with his name on it because he didn't want to be associated with it.
