So I have custom firmware that can't connect to the PSN, and I'm using a EU ROM anyway. Any ideas how to download the DLC? I see that it was available on PSN in Singapore, or from Gamestop as preorder DLC? I neeeed more!

Getting it from the Asian PSN only works if you have the US game. Since you're on CFW, you can probably get the DLC from MediaGo, provided the GE DLC is out in EU.

I heard the DLC is only out in Asian PSN, so you need a jpn PSN account (preferably Singapore) and MediaGo.
I'd wait for the DLC to appear on US/EUR PSN if I were you.
