Apple is so protective with their products. He already gave it back yet they still raid him.

If they raid me, they'll be sure to find some "objectional" stuff (rampant piracy)!

Piracy (unless you're selling DVDs off the street) is not a criminal offense, it's a civil offense, the police might confiscate it but they can't prosecute you for it.

Yup so true, seen people selling pirated DVD's and VCD's of movies not even released in stores on street corners in Toronto with cops nearby not doing shit all which is sad.

Personal piracy is not morally "right," but it definitely should not be a criminal offense. But selling DVDs off the street like that and profiting off the expense of copyright holders should be a crime.
