Hardware Gift wrap game region lock ?

when i installed US/EUR cia, sometime if cia is not patch for free-region....everytime, if i want to play (region-lock) game, i must run Eshop/region spoofer by hartie95 or run NTR, after that, region-lock game appear as gift-wrap

The system isn"t Region Free so it will need to be patched or other way to launch it (for example HANS or Region Free Launcher), you will need to use a CFW with Region Free patches and enable or launch them from HANS or Region Free Launcher trough the Homebrew Launcher.
NTR CFW have Region Free I think so that will be because.
In case that you are using CFW what one are you using?
