This game used to work fine [even with the mod] when I had an exFAT card, but I can't get it to work after shifting to FAT32. So far, I've tried Maintenance Mode, fixing archival bit, reinstalling it from the cartridge, disabling auto cheats in atmosphere, and removing a mod. I can't launch the cartridge directly when using CFW either.

I'm running the latest versions of Atmosphere, Hekate, HOS, sys and sigpatches, and the game. I tried checking it for corrupt data using both DBI [which I used to install my cartridge] and HOS and none was detected.

This only happens with this particular game/cartridge, everything else works fine.

Have you tried deleting the game data after uninstalling the game, then reinstalling?
From the Home screen, select Settings.
  1. Select Data Management.
  2. Navigate to Manage Save Data and Screenshots, then select Delete Save Data.
  3. Scroll through the games on your Switch, and select the one whose save data you want to erase

When you try BigOnYa's suggestion , make sure you use the option to delete the data for ALL users. If that doesn''t help, you might have NGC enabled in atmosphere/config/stratosphere.ini. You can set that to 0 or I guess there's a place to disable it in Hekate but I've never used it so uncertain which screen it's on.

Yes, I've tried reinstalling the game and launching without save data. Didn't fix it.

I don't have a stratosphere.ini file, and there is only one user in HOS.

No I'm not talking about your game save. When you install a game on switch, it stores game data on the switch. Uninstall the game, then delete that game data (will have nothing to do with game save). Then reinstall.

I chose "Delete all save data for this software" under "Delete save data". Is that not the one? That and I've tried "Delete software" under "Manage software".

You’ll probably need this .ini and edit it to enable gamecart to read carts.

Put nogc = 0 as its own line under the others And save the .ini in atmosphere/configs folder

Hekate > Options > Disable Auto NoGC

If that doesn't work, create stratosphere.ini file, place it in atmosphere/config, and add the following to it:

[stratosphere]
; To force-enable nogc, add nogc = 1
; To force-disable nogc, add nogc = 0
nogc = 0

Look up the TID (Title ID) for that game, and make sure there is not a folder with same TID in Atmosphere/ Contents. If so delete it and try. Also if you installed game mods, check the devs website for uninstall directions, could be in different folders.
