As stated by some people before, it's possible your card is simply not supported now. I really would try the Panasonic formatter, because i think it's true what Panasonic is saying: "Generally, SD/SDHC Memory Card file systems formatted with generic operating system formatting software do not comply with the SD Memory Card specification."
