Hacking Getting .SAV From DS Game Question

1) I want to return my DS Phat for a DS Lite and to make it cheaper I want to include Pokemon Diamond. How would I be able to put the save file onto my computer so when I get my Cyclo DS I will be able to use it?

2) Is it possible to play GBA games on my Cyclo DS without a slot-2 cart?

you must have a slot-2 cart to play gba games NO MATTER WHAT slot 1 card you have

1 is with a Slot-2 cart(ez 3-in-1)

With "SaveSender", do I need my Cyclo DS by my side? Or all I need is a Micro SD, my Pokemon Diamond, and my DS?

You'll need some sort of flash cart. Can't be done without one.

Yes.
You get to remove the cart then insert the game cart.
