Hacking Getting OTP problem.

First of all, i didn't encountered any problem on my 3ds xl, it started to give problem only on my 2ds.
i am following part 4 of @Plailect guide, but i am stuck here:
If, after many tries, you repeatedly fail on 0004003000008F02.cia, you can try following the instructions here
i followed these instructions, but nothin, it didn't wanted to work.
whats wrong? i must also mention that on my 3ds xl i followed the old guide that maded me format emunand only once.

I had one of my consoles keep erroring at the same point (don't remember where but it could be the same...). Try updating the emuNAND to the latest system firmware, it fixed it for me ^^
