Where to start:
I had my switch repaired after the sd card stopped reading the card. Had to fix the gold connector pins for the SD card.
-I made a copy of the SD card when it was acting up so that when I got the switch back I could just pop it in and pick back up where I was. That was probably my first mistake.
The problems:
- If my switch is not connected to my pc it will not boot into Hekate.
- I have one SD and loaded up the latest Hekate and Atmosphere pack and it will not boot to Hekate on its own. (black/blank screen) I have 2 jigs.
- Also can't boot normally to switch home screen. (black/blank screen)
- If I try to boot to anything other than RCM mode/custom firmware I get a black or blank screen.
- Nothing but errors when trying to do almost anything outside of Hekate.
- I attached some screens of what I see.

If I can be directed to a starting point that would be very helpful.

What kind of pack are you using ? You probably don't need that
You say that you have tried with an updated atmosphere and hekate pack but ... why is there that 4th screen then ? That's obviously not up to date.
Delete the atmosphere folder, just install hekate and atmosphere as they are, no packs, just download them from their sources. Drag and drop all that in the root of your sd card and boom, updated. Also make sure you're using the latest hekate .bin file to push, for good measures.
- If my switch is not connected to my pc it will not boot into Hekate.
What do you mean ? You boot into rcm and expect hekate to pop by itself ? It can't, it's normal behavior. You have to push the payload by yourself and you do that by using a PC, a phone, or a dongle that connects to the USB-C port. When your console has been shutdown manually or crashed and couldn't reboot by itself, that's also normal behavior.

- Also can't boot normally to switch home screen. (black/blank screen)
You probably have Auto-RCM enabled ? Iirc there's an option in hekate to disable it. After that, you should be able to reboot and get to OFW. I think it's in the Tools category.

For a starting point : update hekate (don't delete the bootloader folder, just drag and drop), check if you have auto rcm enabled. If that doesn't work, update atmosphere (delete the folder, because you're using whatever pack I'd suggest you just start from scratch)

So i turned off Autorcm and now it just sits at a black screen.
Loaded the jig, pressed power and vol +, flashes some error at rapid speed and black screen.
Connect it to pc doesn't even recognize it no matter what I do.

I think i gotta hold the volume key or something, returning to google to figure that one out again.

Maybe it crashed on a black screen for some reason. Mine does that too sometimes, especially when it sits there for a long time undocked

Just press power for a long time, at least 12 seconds. Then it should be completely turned off, and then you should be able to boot it normally or enter RCM.

Finally got my PC to recognize my switch again. I loaded the files that were recommended and it still just goes to a black screen, It will not boot to stock or anything else. More PICS.

Also if I select fusee as a payload it boots to an atmosphere screen like it's about to load and just sits there. I let it sit for about 30 mins before it either died or something. So its on the charger again.

Here it is trying to boot into and stuck on atmosphere screen.

Can anyone make sense of this?

I am trying to roll back my Hekate version as I believe I have mismatch version or something. I receive this error when trying to boot with JIG inserted in switch. Sorry it's not super clear. Is there a clear way to rollback?

Burnt Fuses (0DM 7/6) 19 - 0 (HOS: 17.0.0+)

Does this mean any thing?

You mentioned booting with the recommended files so I guess fusee.bin and the latest hekate payload
Have you tried backing up what's important on your sd card, reformating it and starting with a fresh atmosphere installation ? Because it sits on the bootlogo for a while, my guess is that it couldn't hurt to start completely fresh.
You might want to take a look at this : https://gbatemp.net/threads/ultimate-guide-to-upgrade-your-firmware-atmosphere.661148/#post-10501123

Ppl on there could also give you more help https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-noob-paradise-ask-questions-here.488277/page-2240#post-10499388

Thanks currently trying to figure out some things. And in my spare time watch more videos on what to try next as I'm getting nowhere.

Atmosphere should boot under 1 minute.
Anything longer is not normal.

Afaik, the OFW does not boot if something is wrong with your battery.
This is some safety feature to prevent you from setting your house on fire with the Switch and then taking Nintendo to court over it.
Other reasons for a black screen are a broken Wifi module or the OFW firmware being too old for the fuse count.
If you can boot CFW_sysMMC but not Stock_sysMMC then it might be that your firmware is too old.
You can use DayBreak to update it in CFW_sysMMC but don't go installing pirate goodies in case you want to keep your stock firmware clean.
