I don't Know If This Is The Right Forum But I Wanted To Know how Do get Get GBA Roms To Work On A DS I Have An R4 I tryed Just dragging It In The Folder But It Doesn't Load It

You need a slot 2 cart , you know the gameboy advance slot

Well I Have An R4 then i Have This Cartridge That Goes On The Bottom Where I Would Usually Put A GBA Cartridge In Is that what A Slot 2 Cart Would Be

Yes the GBA slot is slot 2.

I use the supercard lite for gba games and also as a ram pack for browsing the internet and so on but most people go for the ez 3 in 1 carts.
