Hacking Getting back to CFW.

Okay some people on GBATemp (no one) may have known I used to be a 3DS CFW freak. So I quit and went to the PS3 and damn I went to far with it. I decided I want to play some good old 3DS games. I have a 128gb SD CARD. So if you are wondering if I am to lazy to find what I need by myself. The answer is yes. This is what I need. BTW I am on 9.2 and have my OTP.bin . I can't find this info by myself simply because there are way to many tutorials. So please give me the best tutorials for what I need. Also I can install homebrew launcher by myself.
1. Make proper EmuNAND (FBI and everything).
2. Install Arm9hax with Luma.
3. Install dev tools. The 3DS dev tools not homebrew dev tools.
4. Not sure if I am missing anything good, but please tell me if I am.

If you already have your otp.bin then you may like to install it directly with SafeArm9Installer.3dsx from homebrew. In that case follow the second half of https://github.com/Plailect/Guide_RedNAND/wiki/Browser-OTP (after the upgrade to 9.2).
Edit: no need for emuNAND in this day and age.

So I can just use safearm9installer first then when complete follow the second link you gave me? Also my 3ds is already 9.2

No don't worry about the first link, do the second (only the second half, "Part 1 Homebrew" and after).

This may take a while, but once I am done I would like to know how to install Luma3DS along with the DEV apps please.

Which dev apps in particular? Or are you referring to the dev FW?

If it's the second, I advise against it as its unnecessary and it only causes issues.

Well I like to brag about the fact that I have dev apps idk why it just makes me feel like I have power XD. Although if you say the FW dev apps only cause bad stuff I will not. Will the cool Luma configs still work fine though?

You can install a lot of the Dev apps (DevMenu, Config, etc.) just fine, it's the dev firmware itself that causes problems on retail units

And yeah, it should afaik.

There's no real tutorial, you'll have to use your google-fu to find a lot of them
