ROM Hack Getting a CIA from files

HI!!

After a lot of process, I finally have this files from the Pokemon ALpha Sapphire Update 1.2 DECRYPTED

romfs.bin (and extracted files

)
exheader.bin
exefs.bin (and extracted code.bin and icon.bin (doesn't banner.bin¿?)

Anyone knows how to pack all of them again creating a CIA file for install it?

You can Do it with makerom, there is also a gui, which is more simpler to use. You also need a rsf File.
