German needed!

Hi fellow tempers!
You happen to be german or a good german speaker?
Then you can help me out!

I got four sentences that need to be translated into proper german.
I totally suck at it so I really need your help!
Anyway, here are the sentences in dutch AND english:

1:
Many theatres complain about the decrease of the visitornumbers.
Veel theaters klagen over de teruggang van de bezoekersaantallen.

2:
The man who commited the crime on the american president has been justiced.
De man die de aanslag op de amerikaanse president pleegde werd terecht gesteld.

3:
None of the doctors, whom i talked with, held a operation for neccesary
Geen van de artsen, met wie ik gesproken had, hield een operatie voor noodzakelijk

4:
I've forgot the name of the man, who i gave my keys to.
Ik ben de naam van de man, die ik de sleutel heb gegeven, vergeten


P.S: Don't mind the crappy english translation please. I tried to translate it to english as exact as possible, so I won't lose the construction of the sentences in the translations.

Hm, this one is hard and I don't know how to translate it without changing (adding and replacing words) it.

I am not native German but I grew up bilingual with german being one of the languages and I think it is a very rich and beautiful language

On Topic: Nice homework... reminds me of my english homework a few years ago

Ok buds, new lesson is coming, so new sentences!

Here they are in english+dutch and what i think it should be in german:
I live upstairs and my friend downstairs
Ik woon boven en mijn vriend beneden
Ich wohn oben und mein freund unter

There are a few important points which we can't agree with.
Er zijn nog enkele belangrijke punten waarover wij het niet eens kunnen worden

So they do your work for you and you end up not learning a thing so when a test rolls around you have to try connecting to gbatemp via your cellphone and hope someone who knows german is on so you can pass.

We don't get any exams in writing german. We get tests but they don't count for the central exams we get in the last year. Just stop flaming and try to help please. I never asked for comments other than help.

May I ask you why you study german? It's all useless if you ain't gonna do your homework.. :/

And yes, I'm aware german grammar is like climbing to a tree with your butt going first.. Still, even that you can learn if you study hard enough.
