Hi everybody. I'm looking for a good genesis emulator woriking on the DS.
I tried JenesisDS but you have to use L & R buttons to manage the screen. Is there a genesis emulator better than jenesis DS ?

Other then that one there's PicoDrive, but Genesis emulation on the DS isn't perfect. It's too weak of a machine to do it "right".

With Picodrive have you got to use L & R buttons to manage the screen ?
Nope, there are frame rate issues and.. NO SOUND!

Also, on GenesisDs (the best you can get for your interest) there is an option called "Follow D-Pad" to manage the screen as you move in your game. Just check options.

Get a PSP now that they sold dirt cheap for emulation.. It is a beast in that regards. Advice ;)

I have got to try the "Follow D-Pad" option: I have never heard about it before.
Actually, I'm considering buying a PSP, it would be very interesting.

Buying PSP would be a wiser option seeing as buying used is cheap and the fact that all OFW is hackable. Not to mention you can finally play PSP games :)

I've just activated this "Follow D-Pad" option and I'm trying it with Castlevania bloodlines. Not bad...

Personally, I think emulation as a whole on the DS is a lost cause (save NES emulators), due to its weak hardware.

sounds like you haven't really tried many of the emulators and interpreters for the ds/dsi.
