I really don’t know how to do this can someone help?That's likely you didn't decrypt the files (Step 3). The files must be decrypted, otherwise the program cannot read them.

That’s the issue for me, while understandable why you’d go this route, I don’t have access to a PC and I really wanna play this game in English, I found a pre-converted patch on reddit but it’s from a year ago.If someone uploaded the already generated patch, it would be just a matter of copying it. Reason I don't do is because I'm not sure that would be allowed here. After all, the 4 files of the patch are pretty much the whole game (except the videos and sprx libraries)

You should also consider using the Vitagrafix native resolution patch and some overclock for the game to look better and run smoother :3
