It might be possible, but I don't think so since NFC data is handled differently in Lego Dimensions than Splatoon.
that's will be very hard to do, because you must move the minifigs between the different sections of the toypad to solve puzzles and release your active character from the grasp of some bossess (and the weeping angels), and the vehicles save their upgrades in the nfc chip
