correct, i want to make a single iso of gcos without the multi disc feature just to boot my freeloader and action replays, i will need it because i am updating to firmware 3.0 today and as soon as i update i will not be able to boot freeloaders and action replays directly because the wiikey latest update has no setup disc to turn region override on properly so i have to use gcos to boot them the latest wiikey update 1.9b lets you boot freeloaders and action replays on 3.0 again, i've think i've explain myself pretty much now.

Careful, it seems this version has certain issues with save games - I'd hold off from using V4 for now.

How about creating a multi-game ISO with the AR and Freeloader discs on it?

Try ejecting the disc and putting it back in. IGR should work. I remember emu_kidd saying this in the beta thread.

I don't think dual layer mini-DVDs were made, right? Can GC read the second layer of DVD9 on the part of a disc it's laser does reach?

Be careful, the V3 update for the Wii breaks most softmod ways to play GC games on the Wii. (SD Media Launcher does not work anymore, pretty sure SD Gecko doesn't)
