Hardware GCOS Multigame creator and .ISO files

I have some back ups that are .iso image rips and i wanted to know if they'll work in the GCOS Multigame creator?

If not, is there any way I can convert the iso file to a gcm file?

iso files are the same files like gcm, just rename them to iso, no need to convert.
