Well, I've been thinking for a while what I should do for the upcoming winter-break, and I decided to start-up a GBAtemp-themed magazine (what that dinosaur wanted to do, but only properly).
But obviously, I cant make it all by myself, so I will need the help of follower tempers.

No, no, and no.

A GBAtemp magazine would basically be the equivalent of taking our entire "Magazine" section and putting stickers all over it. We have news. We have reviews. Why do we need it with a bunch of pretty pictures and formatting?

If there was going to be a "GBAtemp gaming magazine", you'd think the Magazine Staff would pick it up. But it's honestly a redundant idea.

A magazine is silly.

A better idea would be a thread that summarizes everything on GBAtemp from the past week. Like r/gaming's 'This Week in Gaming'.

Exactly, that's a perfect idea. It's a nice, quick summary and collection of links to key things on GBAtemp such as news, reviews, and discussion. A magazine of the site is just basically "plagiarizing" stories we already posted and posting opinions that we've already heard or would rather hear on the forum so we can have discussion on it and edit as needed.

The idea was shot down before and it'll be (or already is) shot down again.

We've had a successful magazine before, it just fell down because nobody felt like maintaining it. Then came the weekly wave, as has been mentioned which fell to a similar fate (and our podcast never got released -- so nobody'll ever hear my voice ;D).
Anyway point is, these things come and go. Since everybody elses' attempts have ended in failure, what makes you think you'll achieve better?

Sure, I've written a few mini-reviews which are available on my Steam profile under recommendations.

I have a golden potato if that counts for anything; last time I checked, it required high profiency with a plethora of games.
