GBAtemp back up to speed
After a weekend of sun and relaxation

As some of you may have noticed, the site hasn't quite been behaving itself over the last 48 hours or so. This is largely due to a move to yet another new server (which should be permanent this time!). During the server move we experienced quite a few unexpected hiccups, and that's on top of the other hundred things we needed to reconfigure or fix up during the migration.

Fortunately for all of us, our friendly little Moogle technician was close at hand and put in a tremendous amount of effort (and hours) over this weekend to get the site back up to speed. As you may notice, it's even running better than it did on the last server.

So from all the staff (and members!) I just wanted to thank Narin for all his hard work in fixing up the problems and returning the site to full speed... Kupo!

Update: In case you hadn't noticed, we're experiencing a few more difficulties, and as such the site is not performing as well as normal. Please bear with us.

Update 2: Many many apologies for the downtime. We really couldn't have done much more to get the site back online. But we're back now, and hopefully most bugs have been ironed out. We'll be looking into some ways to make it all up to you...

Thank you very much. The community may hit some tough times but it is good to know that people like Narin will always be helping behind the scenes.

What's depressing is i couldn't even notice that it was lagging.

Time for a new connection?

April fools came early? I kid, I kid.

Great work Narin and crew! The site is running superbly

yeah there is no such thing as a "permanent" server, that just doesn't exist

all we can hope for is that the longer we stay with this server, the better.
now I wasn't able to help as I am currently on a one-month trip in China.
Narin fixed it all himself!

I'm suing you guys for false claims then

And poor Narin, you guys made him fix it all by himself

This is a relief - I was beginning to feel a little lost without my favorite one-stop shop. The 'Temp is the first page I visit when I logon, and the last page I check before I leave - thank you, Narin and the rest of the staff, for an amazing site!
