IIRC the last stream only had like 3 viewers.

Viewers are gained over time ...when a stream gets some consistency ...if it was a isolated stream out of nowhere, then 3 viewers were actually more then average.

This idea that I pointed out kinda has some potential and space for being worked on.. ..hope people here gets excited about organizing it and making it a official thing.

People with Twitch accounts could get a place on this Weekend TempStreams based on a predefined schedule.. cool to spread both the official stream and the guest's Twitchs... ...a lot of things could be thought out for this.

Even I could maybe help out, if people wouldn't mind my crappy english

I wasn't even aware GBATemp had any kind of stream, which probably has something to do with it. If a steady, weekly stream that was advertised became an actual thing I think some people would be totally willing to watch it. I mean, who doesn't want to hear the beautiful soothing voice of Sicklyboy?

I dislike this idea, OUYA is dead in the water and its just an Android system with a pad. There are many many dedicated android forums that cover what GBAtemp covers already. If you did look into this I would suggest appending "Android Consoles" to the Mobile Phones and Media Players subforum.

I've checked your stream when you were playing Watch dog, but I didn't want to see too much to prevent being spoiled.
I think the stream would be more active if it had regular sessions with predefined game list/date/requests (like backloggery on twitch).

I would be open to try a Book Club of sorts, but instead for games. USgamer currently has a session on-going with Final Fantasy Tactics doing something of that nature. If there's enough interest here, could be a good way to re-visit some older classics and/or introduce them to people who've never tried them before. A Let's Play series would be something of interest as well. I know many members here have their own, but I don't believe they're featured on GBATemp has a recurring thing. Maybe Devin or another prominent GBATemp member could host one specifically for GBATemp? I'd watch it. There are also many mods/translations/etc. on-going on these forums. I think a monthly spotlight just briefly sharing any developments on said projects would be cool too. Just to provide some exposure for those individuals if they want it.

Anyway, for a real suggestion...

Some time of quick "game finder" option. Basically a quick moving area where you can post a game you want to play and people can quickly respond so you can get a match going. There's no point making threads for getting one game going. I'm not sure how it'd be implemented, something like you check an area, it'll have a user and what game they want to play, who RSVP'd to the game, and some convenient access info (username for Steam/Nintendo Network/XBL/PSN, Skype account, etc).

Just seems fun for people who want to play games with people from around the community.

There are also many mods/translations/etc. on-going on these forums. I think a monthly spotlight just briefly sharing any developments on said projects would be cool too. Just to provide some exposure for those individuals if they want it.

In theory it is fine but as it stands most projects are pretty private, even when they go to the effort of maintaining a thread, and we already have issues with people bumping things saying "any news". When projects have milestones/finals/public betas we tend to already stick them up on the portal.

Don't know if it was discussed before, but I'd like to see the a game release page or even implemented on the front page like it was on the old site, where you could see all the new NDS, Wii, 360, PS3 etc releases. Speaking of this the return of the scene releases archive page or what was it called on the old site, where you could review all the scene releases/dump info of all available or most of the NDS ROMSs and other game console game dumps.

Yeah asked the same before and they said it would be to much a hassle to do it that was about 90% reason to go here .... Now I only look at the most recent topics if there is something that might be interesting

For all those new DS games coming out? There is also a retro section but I suppose there might be scope for a few hack reviews and looking back type features (I see you have something in the pipeline).

As for the book club stuff we tried it before ( http://gbatemp.net/threads/links-to-various-gbatemp-features-over-the-years.352851/ ), it worked reasonably well but seldom did people actually do the whole book club part of it.

Thinking more about this hacking roundup I could see it as a feature where a hacking technique or tool is detailed and then a small roundup of the events of the week/month.

That will definitely happen... when there's a 3DS homebrew scene.
We could start the bounty now, but the delays would have to be huge (like, we'd have to give contestants a lot of time like 6 months) because right now - correct me if I'm wrong - I don't think creating 3DS homebrew is nearly as easy as creating NDS homebrew.

That's a great idea. I think ctrulib would be sped up considerably if it were an entry and others projects would feed off of it.
