That might be cool. I would also like to suggest screen shot previews for DS releases. I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but I haven't seen it yet.

BTW: how do you change for having different words under your avatar: ie, costello's says the captain. And how do you get metals?(ribbons, w.e)
EDIT: last thing i'd like to see are separate sections for GBA, DS, and possible Wii homebrew. but that's just me. And quite frankly, i don't see this happening since i am one in a milliion (or so) users. My thoughts about the shopping: good idea, as long as GBAtemp doesn't get attacked by spambots/people who act like spambots.

Dug this out from the murky depths..
The ribbons pile on one for every hundred posts I believe, until 1000, and you get something shinier.

As the others said, you can start customizing it once you get at least 500 posts. Just make sure not to spam just to get as many posts as you can which is the last thing we'd want around here.

Can you make it 50 posts to buy something from the trade forum (where the seller only posts the item when payment is recieved)
and 100 posts to sell an item. That would be great for me as I would prefer to buy. Also most people with over 100 posts would not be new to the scene and therefore would not need to buy a flashcart.

uh thanks for your template, it's indeed a good idea but .. you made it off a GBA release, not a DS release.
do you have any other good idea for a DS template?

I tend to give my old/spare stuff away so a trade forum wont really grab me but it sounds like a good idea for others and the tips thing could be good as long as people arnt just copying & pasting gamefaqs.com all in all a nice next step

I think the requirements are fair. Would keep from having an influx of noob scammers. Not saying that you 2 guys are noobs.....or scammers lol. But, it does happen
