Hacking GBAATM and TEMPGBA Help Requested

Can anyone help me with GBAATM? I am trying to Patch a ROM with cheats and am wondering what the cht file layout/format should be and what code types are supported. Thoughts appreciated

I am using Codebreaker decrypted format and was able to make cheat menu and the cheats did show, but none are working... Any help on this appreciated
