GBA Wireless adapter dump question?

Was wondering if the the dump for the wireless adapter could be somehow ported to 3ds and used on ported GBA games converted to CIA's? dont have hte most knowledge and i undrstand something like this would probably take a while to execute but was just curious to see if it was possible. would be cool to be able to have the 3ds recognise its running in the background or something so you could wirelessly trade on pokemon
